Job Summary

A company is looking for a Patient Service Representative (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound communications for multiple ambulatory practices, addressing patient inquiries and scheduling appointments
• Document and relay patient information, ensuring adherence to practice guidelines and timely resolution of patient concerns
• Participate in training sessions and assist in the orientation of new personnel while identifying process improvements for enhanced patient experience

Required Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED is required
• Ability to explain complex healthcare issues empathetically to patients
• Strong computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office applications
• Comfortable using multiple communication tools, including phone, online chats, and emails
• Effective interpersonal skills for working in a diverse team environment
