Job Summary

A company is looking for a Patient Service Representative (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound communications for multiple ambulatory practices, addressing patient inquiries and scheduling appointments
• Document and relay patient information according to Practice guidelines, ensuring timely resolution of issues
• Participate in training sessions and assist in the orientation of new personnel while identifying process improvements

Required Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED is required
• Ability to explain complex healthcare issues with empathy
• Strong interpersonal skills for effective collaboration in a team environment
• Proficiency in using multiple communication tools and Microsoft Office applications
• Comfortable documenting work in a professional manner
