Job Summary
A company is looking for a Patient Service Representative (Remote).
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound communications for multiple ambulatory practices, including patient inquiries and appointment scheduling
- Document and relay patient information according to Practice guidelines, ensuring timely resolution of patient issues
- Participate in training sessions and assist in the orientation of new personnel while identifying process improvements
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or GED is required
- Ability to explain complex healthcare issues empathetically to patients
- Effective interpersonal skills to work with diverse professionals in a team environment
- Strong computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Comfortable using multiple advanced communication tools, including phone calls and online chats
