Job Summary
A company is looking for a Patient Service Representative (Remote).
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound communications for multiple ambulatory practices, addressing patient inquiries and scheduling appointments
- Document and relay patient information, ensuring timely resolution of issues and adherence to Practice guidelines
- Participate in training sessions and assist in the orientation of new personnel while identifying process improvements
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or GED is required
- Ability to explain complex healthcare issues with empathy
- Strong computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office applications
- Experience using multiple communication tools such as phone, email, and online chats
- Effective interpersonal skills for working in a diverse team environment
