Job Summary

A company is looking for a Patient Service Representative (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound communications for patient inquiries and appointment scheduling
• Document and relay patient information to practices while following established guidelines
• Assist in training new personnel and participate in staff meetings to improve patient experience

Required Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required
• Comfortable using multiple advanced communication tools
• Strong computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
• Ability to explain healthcare issues with empathy and concern
• Effective interpersonal skills to work with a diverse group in a team environment
