Job Summary

A company is looking for a Patient Service Representative - Patient Experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the first point of contact for patients, providing exceptional care and support
  • Manage high volumes of inbound and outbound calls related to patient support and service recovery
  • Document patient interactions accurately and act as a liaison across departments to facilitate solutions
Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in a high-touch, patient-facing role
  • 2+ years of experience using Zendesk or comparable ticketing software
  • 2+ years of experience using Athena or comparable EHR system
  • 2+ years of experience using Google Workspace
  • Bilingual (Spanish or other language) is a plus
