Job Summary
A company is looking for a Patient Service Representative (Remote).
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound communications for multiple ambulatory practices, addressing patient inquiries and scheduling appointments
- Document and relay patient information, ensuring adherence to established Practice guidelines
- Participate in training and assist in the orientation of new personnel while identifying process improvements for a better patient experience
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of a High School diploma/GED is required
- Strong computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Ability to empathize with patients and explain healthcare issues effectively
- Experience using multiple advanced communication tools, including phone calls and online chats
- Effective interpersonal skills to work in a team environment
