Job Summary

A company is looking for a Patient Service Representative (Remote).

Key Responsibilities
  • Handle inbound and outbound communications for multiple ambulatory practices, addressing patient inquiries and scheduling appointments
  • Document and relay patient information, ensuring adherence to established Practice guidelines
  • Participate in training and assist in the orientation of new personnel while identifying process improvements for a better patient experience
Required Qualifications
  • Minimum of a High School diploma/GED is required
  • Strong computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
  • Ability to empathize with patients and explain healthcare issues effectively
  • Experience using multiple advanced communication tools, including phone calls and online chats
  • Effective interpersonal skills to work in a team environment
