Job Summary

A company is looking for a Patient Service Representative (Remote).

Key Responsibilities
  • Handle inbound and outbound communications for multiple ambulatory practices, including patient inquiries and appointment scheduling
  • Document and relay patient information, ensuring adherence to Practice guidelines and timely issue resolution
  • Participate in training and assist in the orientation of new personnel while identifying process improvements to enhance patient experience
Required Qualifications
  • High School diploma or GED required
  • Strong computer skills, including knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
  • Ability to explain complex healthcare issues with empathy
  • Experience using multiple advanced communication tools
  • Effective interpersonal skills in a team environment
