Patient Service Representative

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Patient Service Representative (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound communications for multiple ambulatory practices
• Schedule and reschedule patient appointments using a computerized system
• Document patient information and follow up on inquiries regarding medication and insurance

Required Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED is required
• Ability to explain healthcare issues with empathy
• Strong computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
• Experience using advanced communication tools
• Ability to assist in training new personnel
