Job Summary

A company is looking for a Patient Service Representative (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound communications for multiple ambulatory practices, addressing patient inquiries and scheduling appointments
• Document and relay patient information, ensuring adherence to practice guidelines and patient care standards
• Assist in training new personnel and participate in staff meetings to improve patient experience

Required Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED is required
• Proficiency in using multiple communication tools, including phone, online chats, and email
• Strong computer skills, particularly in Microsoft Office applications
• Ability to explain healthcare issues empathetically and effectively
• Experience in a team environment with diverse professionals
