Job Summary

A company is looking for a Patient Service Representative (Remote).

Key Responsibilities
  • Handle inbound and outbound communications for multiple ambulatory practices, including patient inquiries and appointment scheduling
  • Document and relay patient information while ensuring adherence to Practice guidelines
  • Assist in training new personnel and participate in staff meetings to improve patient experience
Required Qualifications
