Job Summary
A company is looking for a Patient Service Representative (Remote).
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound communications for multiple ambulatory practices, including patient inquiries and appointment scheduling
- Document and relay patient information while ensuring adherence to Practice guidelines
- Assist in training new personnel and participate in staff meetings to improve patient experience
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or GED is required
- Comfortable using multiple advanced communication tools such as phone, online chats, and email
- Strong computer skills, including knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
- Ability to explain complex healthcare issues empathetically to patients
- Effective interpersonal skills to work with a diverse team
