Job Summary

A company is looking for a Patient Service Representative (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound communications for multiple ambulatory practices, addressing patient inquiries and scheduling appointments
• Utilize computerized systems to manage patient records, ensuring accurate documentation and timely responses to patient needs
• Participate in training and assist in the orientation of new personnel, while adhering to hospital standards and protocols

Required Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED is required
• Comfortable using advanced communication tools such as phone calls, online chats, and emails
• Strong computer skills, including knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
• Ability to explain healthcare issues empathetically and assist patients in navigating the healthcare system
• Effective interpersonal skills to work within a diverse team environment
