Job Summary

A company is looking for a Patient Service Representative (Remote).

Key Responsibilities
  • Handle inbound and outbound communications for multiple ambulatory practices, addressing patient inquiries and scheduling appointments
  • Document and relay patient information accurately, ensuring adherence to Practice guidelines and protocols
  • Participate in training sessions and assist in the orientation of new personnel while identifying opportunities for process improvements
Required Qualifications
  • High School diploma or GED required
  • Ability to explain complex healthcare issues with empathy
  • Strong computer skills, including knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
  • Experience using multiple advanced communication tools
  • Effective interpersonal skills in a diverse team environment
