Job Summary
A company is looking for a Patient Service Representative (Remote).
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound communications for multiple ambulatory practices, addressing patient inquiries and scheduling appointments
- Document and relay patient information accurately, ensuring adherence to Practice guidelines and protocols
- Participate in training sessions and assist in the orientation of new personnel while identifying opportunities for process improvements
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or GED required
- Ability to explain complex healthcare issues with empathy
- Strong computer skills, including knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
- Experience using multiple advanced communication tools
- Effective interpersonal skills in a diverse team environment
