Job Summary

A company is looking for a Patient Service Representative (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound communications for multiple ambulatory practices, addressing patient inquiries and scheduling appointments
• Document and relay patient information, ensuring adherence to Practice guidelines and escalating issues when necessary
• Participate in training sessions and assist in the orientation of new personnel while identifying process improvements

Required Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED is required
• Strong computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office applications
• Ability to explain complex healthcare issues with empathy
• Comfortable using various communication tools including phone, chat, and email
• Effective interpersonal skills to work within a diverse team environment
