Patient Service Representative

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Patient Service Representative (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound communications for multiple ambulatory practices
• Schedule and reschedule patient appointments while providing necessary information and instructions
• Document patient information and follow established guidelines to address patient inquiries and concerns

Required Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED is required
• Experience with advanced communication tools (phone, online chats, emails)
• Strong computer skills, including knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
• Ability to explain healthcare issues with empathy
• Experience in a customer service or healthcare environment is preferred
