Key Responsibilities

• Answer calls and emails promptly while meeting performance goals
• Handle various call types including inquiries about services, orders, and insurance verification
• Document call information and maintain compliance with HIPAA guidelines

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree preferred
• Previous experience in healthcare, insurance, or patient services preferred
• One year of work-related experience required for entry-level; additional experience required for higher levels
• Familiarity with Medicare, Medicaid, and commercial insurance processes preferred
• Knowledge of respiratory therapy or DME services preferred
