Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

Qualifications
- Prior experience in a call center, medical office, or high volume customer support setting is preferred
- Solid computer proficiency, including typing skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office
- Ability to multitask and work independently in a remote environment
- Must be 18 or older with a high school diploma or GED
- Flexibility to work weekends and holidays is required
