Patient Service Representative

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Patient Service Representative (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound communications for patient inquiries and appointment scheduling
• Document and relay patient information according to practice guidelines
• Assist in training new personnel and participate in staff meetings to improve patient experience

Required Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED is required
• Strong computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
• Ability to use multiple advanced communication tools effectively
• Experience in a patient-centered environment is preferred
• Ability to adapt to changing departmental needs and protocols
