Job Summary

A company is looking for a Patient Service Representative (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

  • Utilize a computerized scheduling system to manage appointments and provide detailed confirmations to patients
  • Document patient information and escalate issues as needed while adhering to established Practice guidelines
Required Qualifications
  • Minimum of a High School diploma/GED
  • Strong computer skills, including knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
  • Ability to empathize with patients and explain complex healthcare issues
  • Experience using multiple advanced communication tools
  • Ability to assist in training and orienting new personnel
