Job Summary
A company is looking for a Patient Service Representative (Remote).
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound communications for multiple ambulatory practices, addressing patient inquiries and scheduling appointments
- Utilize a computerized scheduling system to manage appointments and provide detailed confirmations to patients
- Document patient information and escalate issues as needed while adhering to established Practice guidelines
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of a High School diploma/GED
- Strong computer skills, including knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
- Ability to empathize with patients and explain complex healthcare issues
- Experience using multiple advanced communication tools
- Ability to assist in training and orienting new personnel
