Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound communications for multiple ambulatory practices, addressing patient inquiries and concerns
- Schedule and reschedule appointments using a computerized system, ensuring accurate patient records and confirmations
- Participate in training sessions and assist in the orientation of new personnel while identifying process improvements
Required Qualifications
- A minimum of a High School diploma/GED is required
- Ability to explain complex healthcare issues with empathy and concern
- Strong computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
