Job Summary

A company is looking for a Patient Service Representative (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound communications for multiple ambulatory practices, addressing patient inquiries and concerns
• Schedule and reschedule appointments using a computerized system, ensuring accurate patient records and confirmations
• Participate in training sessions and assist in the orientation of new personnel while identifying process improvements

Required Qualifications

• A minimum of a High School diploma/GED is required
• Ability to explain complex healthcare issues with empathy and concern
• Strong computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
• Comfortable using multiple advanced communication tools
• Effective interpersonal skills to work with a diverse group of professionals
