Job Summary
A company is looking for a Patient Service Representative (Remote).
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound communications for multiple ambulatory practices, including patient inquiries and appointment scheduling
- Document and relay patient information according to practice guidelines and provide detailed appointment confirmations
- Participate in training and assist in the orientation of new personnel while identifying process improvements for better patient experience
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or GED is required
- Comfortable using multiple advanced communication tools such as phone, online chats, and emails
- Strong computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
