Job Summary

A company is looking for a Patient Service Representative (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound communications for multiple ambulatory practices, addressing patient inquiries and scheduling appointments
• Utilize computerized systems to document patient information and provide detailed appointment confirmations
• Participate in training and assist in the orientation of new personnel while identifying process improvement opportunities

Required Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED is required
• Strong computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
• Ability to explain healthcare issues to patients with empathy
• Experience using multiple communication tools, including phone, email, and online chats
• Effective interpersonal skills to work with a diverse group of professionals
