Job Summary

A company is looking for a Patient Service Representative (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound communications for patient inquiries and appointment scheduling
• Document and relay patient information according to Practice guidelines
• Assist in training new personnel and identify process improvements for patient experience

Required Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED is required
• Ability to explain healthcare issues with empathy
• Strong computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
• Experience using multiple communication tools effectively
• Ability to document work professionally and efficiently
