Job Summary

A company is looking for a Patient Service Representative (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound communications for patient inquiries and appointment scheduling
• Document patient information and ensure timely resolution of issues following established guidelines
• Participate in training sessions and assist in the orientation of new personnel

Required Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED is required
• Strong computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
• Ability to explain healthcare issues with empathy and concern
• Comfortable using multiple advanced communication tools
• Effective interpersonal skills for working in a diverse team environment
