Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Screen incoming patient inquiries and determine appropriate handling
- Resolve patient issues and advocate for patient satisfaction
- Facilitate updates to patient records and manage appointment schedules
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma / GED or equivalent work experience
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- 1+ years of customer service experience
- Experience with electronic medical records (EMR) and scheduling platforms
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
