Job Summary

A company is looking for a Patient Service Representative to manage patient inquiries and ensure satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Screen incoming patient inquiries and determine appropriate handling
• Resolve patient issues and advocate for patient satisfaction
• Facilitate updates to patient records and manage appointment schedules

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma / GED or equivalent work experience
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• 1+ years of customer service experience
• Experience with electronic medical records (EMR) and scheduling platforms
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
