Job Summary

A company is looking for a Patient Service Representative.

Key Responsibilities
  • Screen incoming patient inquiries and determine appropriate handling
  • Resolve patient issues and advocate for patient satisfaction
  • Initiate requests for administrative needs and maintain effective communication with patients and staff
Required Qualifications
  • High School Diploma / GED or equivalent work experience
  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • 1+ years of customer service experience
  • Electronic medical record (EMR) experience or aptitude
  • Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Teams, Word, and Excel
