Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Screen incoming patient inquiries and determine appropriate handling
- Resolve patient issues and advocate for patient satisfaction
- Initiate requests for administrative needs and maintain effective communication with patients and staff
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma / GED or equivalent work experience
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- 1+ years of customer service experience
- Electronic medical record (EMR) experience or aptitude
- Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Teams, Word, and Excel
