Job Summary

A company is looking for a Patient Service Representative: Central Team (Days, Monday through Friday).

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with patients, families, and staff to resolve issues and communicate delays
  • Manage patient check-in, check-out, and appointment scheduling while ensuring accurate billing documentation
  • Maintain the appearance of the waiting area and manage patient medical records and physician orders
Required Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent education and experience
  • Six months of experience in frontline customer service and guest relations
