Job Summary
Providing exceptional customer service, the full-time Patient Service Representative I will manage patient scheduling, registration, and billing inquiries while working remotely from home during standard business hours.
Key responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional customer service during interactions with patients, families, and healthcare providers
- Schedule outpatient appointments and verify insurance eligibility using various systems
- Handle inbound and outbound calls, ensuring timely responses and adherence to customer service standards
Required qualifications:
- High School diploma or GED
- 1-2 years of experience in customer service, medical office, call center, or collections
- Typing speed of at least 40 wpm
- Basic computer skills and organizational abilities
- Knowledge of CPT codes and insurance verification processes
