Job Summary

Providing exceptional customer service, the full-time Patient Service Representative I will manage patient scheduling, registration, and billing inquiries while working remotely from home during standard business hours.

Key responsibilities:
  • Deliver exceptional customer service during interactions with patients, families, and healthcare providers
  • Schedule outpatient appointments and verify insurance eligibility using various systems
  • Handle inbound and outbound calls, ensuring timely responses and adherence to customer service standards
Required qualifications:
  • High School diploma or GED
  • 1-2 years of experience in customer service, medical office, call center, or collections
  • Typing speed of at least 40 wpm
  • Basic computer skills and organizational abilities
  • Knowledge of CPT codes and insurance verification processes
