Job Summary

To support multiple ambulatory practices, the full-time Patient Service Representative will manage inbound and outbound communications, handle patient inquiries, schedule appointments, and ensure accurate documentation, all while working remotely.

Key responsibilities:
  • Communicate with patients and staff using various advanced communication tools to address inquiries and provide support
  • Utilize a computerized scheduling system to efficiently schedule and reschedule patient appointments
  • Document and update patient records accurately while adhering to Practice guidelines and protocols
Required qualifications:
  • A minimum of a High School diploma or GED is required
  • Strong computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
  • Ability to explain complex healthcare issues with empathy and concern
  • Experience using multiple communication tools, including phone calls, online chats, and emails
  • Effective interpersonal skills for collaborating with a diverse team and patient population
