Job Summary

To support multiple ambulatory practices, the full-time Patient Service Representative will manage inbound and outbound communications, handle patient inquiries, schedule appointments, and document patient information while working remotely.

Key responsibilities:
  • Communicate with patients and staff using various advanced communication tools to address inquiries professionally and empathetically
  • Utilize a computerized scheduling system to manage appointments and provide detailed confirmations to patients
  • Attend training sessions and assist in the orientation of new personnel while identifying process improvements for enhanced patient experience
Required qualifications:
  • A minimum of a High School diploma or GED is required
  • Strong computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
  • Ability to explain complex healthcare issues to patients with empathy
  • Effective interpersonal skills to work with diverse individuals in a team environment
  • Experience using multiple communication tools, including phone calls, online chats, and emails
