Job Summary

To deliver a compassionate, patient-centered experience, the full-time Patient Service Excellence Representative will engage with patients and caregivers via telephone, field incoming calls, resolve non-clinical inquiries, and conduct proactive outreach to ensure patient support and engagement in monitoring programs while working remotely.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver a patient-centered experience that reflects empathy, clarity, trust, and excellence in every interaction
  • Manage inbound and outbound communications across multiple channels, triaging and resolving non-clinical inquiries
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure continuity of care and contribute to continuous service improvement
Required Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree or higher preferred
  • Call center background preferred, especially with remote work exposure
  • Bilingual capabilities (Spanish or other language) are a plus
  • Experience in patient or customer engagement
  • Typing speed of at least 40 words per minute
