Job Summary
To support a growing Patient Service Center, the full-time Patient Service Representative will manage high-volume calls to schedule dental appointments, create patient charts, and multitask while maintaining patient confidentiality, with the opportunity to work remotely after training.
Key responsibilities
- Receive and make a high volume of calls to assist patients with scheduling dental appointments
- Create and maintain patient charts using computer systems
- Identify and resolve issues promptly while ensuring patient confidentiality
Required qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years' experience in a customer service or call center environment
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple applications simultaneously
- Stable employment history with a commitment to exceptional service
- Dependability and flexibility to adapt to varying hours of operation
