Job Summary

To support a growing Patient Service Center, the full-time Patient Service Representative will manage high-volume calls to schedule dental appointments, create patient charts, and multitask while maintaining patient confidentiality, with the opportunity to work remotely after training.

Key responsibilities
  • Receive and make a high volume of calls to assist patients with scheduling dental appointments
  • Create and maintain patient charts using computer systems
  • Identify and resolve issues promptly while ensuring patient confidentiality
Required qualifications
  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in a customer service or call center environment
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple applications simultaneously
  • Stable employment history with a commitment to exceptional service
  • Dependability and flexibility to adapt to varying hours of operation
