Job Summary

To support a growing Patient Service Center, the remote Patient Service Representative will manage a high volume of incoming calls, schedule appointments, and present offers to patients while overcoming objections and ensuring a positive customer experience.

Key responsibilities
  • Receive and manage a high volume of calls daily to assist patients with scheduling appointments
  • Utilize product knowledge to present offers and overcome patient objections effectively
  • Track progress and manage sensitive information using company databases and software
Required qualifications
  • 2+ years of experience in a customer service role
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Strong computer skills with a typing speed of 45+ WPM and multitasking abilities
  • Reliable high-speed internet connection and a private workspace at home
