Job Summary

To support the MU Virtual Care Clinic, the full-time Patient Service Representative will manage patient interactions, medical records, and technology, ensuring a positive experience for patients and families while working remotely after an initial training period.

Key responsibilities
  • Collaborate with patients, families, and staff to resolve issues during visits
  • Greet patients, manage phone communications, and maintain office equipment
  • Validate patient information and manage appointment scheduling and billing documents
Required qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent education and experience
  • Six months of experience in frontline customer service and guest relations
