Job Summary
To support the MU Virtual Care Clinic, the full-time Patient Service Representative will manage patient interactions, medical records, and technology, ensuring a positive experience for patients and families while working remotely after an initial training period.
Key responsibilities
- Collaborate with patients, families, and staff to resolve issues during visits
- Greet patients, manage phone communications, and maintain office equipment
- Validate patient information and manage appointment scheduling and billing documents
Required qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent education and experience
- Six months of experience in frontline customer service and guest relations
