Job Summary

To support multiple ambulatory practices, the full-time Patient Service Representative will manage inbound and outbound communications, handle patient inquiries and appointment scheduling, and ensure accurate documentation while working remotely.

Key responsibilities
  • Communicate with patients and staff using various advanced communication tools, addressing inquiries in a professional and empathetic manner
  • Utilize a computerized scheduling system to manage appointments and provide detailed confirmations to patients
  • Document and relay patient information according to practice guidelines, while identifying opportunities for process improvements
Required qualifications
  • High School diploma or GED required
  • Strong computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
  • Ability to explain complex healthcare issues with empathy and concern
  • Effective interpersonal skills for working with diverse professionals in a team environment
  • Experience using multiple advanced communication tools, including phone, email, and online chat
