Job Summary

To support multiple ambulatory practices, the full-time remote Patient Service Representative will manage inbound and outbound communications, handle patient inquiries, schedule appointments, and ensure accurate documentation of patient information.

Key responsibilities
  • Communicate with patients and staff through various channels, addressing inquiries and concerns professionally and empathetically
  • Utilize a computerized scheduling system to manage patient appointments and provide detailed confirmations and instructions
  • Participate in training sessions and assist in the orientation of new personnel while identifying process improvements for enhanced patient experience
Required qualifications
  • High School diploma or GED
  • Strong computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
  • Ability to explain complex healthcare issues with empathy and clarity
  • Effective interpersonal skills to interact with a diverse range of professionals
  • Experience using multiple communication tools, including phone, email, and online chats
