Job Summary

To support a growing healthcare team, the full-time Patient Service Representative will manage front desk operations, schedule appointments, and maintain patient records while working remotely from Missouri, Oklahoma, or Arkansas.

Key Responsibilities
  • Greet patients and verify their identity in a professional manner
  • Manage incoming phone calls and respond to patient inquiries effectively
  • Perform patient check-in, check-out, and appointment scheduling activities
Required Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • One year of medical office, healthcare, or related administrative experience preferred
  • Proficiency with basic computer applications and data entry
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and comply with privacy policies
  • Must successfully complete Clinic Core Front Desk Training after hire
