Job Summary

To support multiple ambulatory practices, the full-time Patient Service Representative will handle inbound and outbound communications, manage patient inquiries and appointment scheduling, and ensure accurate documentation while working remotely.

Key responsibilities
  • Communicate with patients and staff through various channels, addressing inquiries in a professional and empathetic manner
  • Utilize a computerized scheduling system to manage appointments and provide detailed confirmations to patients
  • Document and relay patient information according to established Practice guidelines and assist in training new personnel
Required qualifications
  • High School diploma or GED is required
  • Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
  • Ability to explain complex healthcare issues to patients with empathy
  • Effective interpersonal skills for collaboration in a diverse team environment
  • Experience using multiple advanced communication tools, including phone, email, and online chats
