Job Summary

To support multiple ambulatory practices, the full-time Patient Service Representative will manage inbound and outbound communications, handle patient inquiries, schedule appointments, and ensure accurate documentation, all while working remotely.

Key responsibilities
  • Communicate with patients and staff through various channels, addressing inquiries in a professional and empathetic manner
  • Utilize a computerized scheduling system to manage patient appointments and provide detailed confirmations
  • Document patient information accurately and escalate issues as necessary to ensure timely resolution
Required qualifications
  • High School diploma or GED is required
  • Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
  • Ability to explain complex healthcare issues with empathy
  • Experience using multiple communication tools effectively
  • Effective interpersonal skills for working in a diverse team environment
