Patient Service Representative

Job Summary

To support the MU Virtual Care Clinic, the full-time Patient Service Representative will manage patient interactions, medical records, and technology while working remotely after an initial training period, ensuring a positive experience for patients and families.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with patients, families, and staff to resolve issues during visits
• Manage patient check-in and check-out processes, including scheduling and billing documentation
• Maintain knowledge of office equipment and ensure completeness of patient medical records

Required qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Six months of experience in frontline customer service and guest relations
