Job Summary

Serving as a key point of contact for patients with billing concerns, the full-time Patient Service Resolution Representative will manage high volumes of inbound calls, resolve inquiries related to billing and insurance, and maintain professionalism while working remotely.

Key responsibilities
  • Handle high volume of inbound calls from patients, representatives, and insurance companies, accurately identifying and resolving inquiries
  • Research and document billing issues, following standard work policies and procedures
  • Communicate USACS billing policies clearly and take proactive steps to minimize negative impacts on patients and the department
Required qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Experience in call centers, customer service, medical insurance, or billing is helpful but not required
  • Understanding of medical insurance terminology and familiarity with ICD-10 and CPT coding is beneficial
  • Proficiency with Windows applications, including Excel, Word, and Outlook
  • Basic math skills for handling calculations related to payments and balances
