Job Summary

A company is looking for a Patient Service Specialist for a hybrid role.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and register patients, providing information about their visit and next appointments
• Schedule patient appointments in person and via phone
• Communicate regularly with attorney offices, insurance companies, and other relevant parties

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED required
• Experience in a medical front office setting preferred
• Ability to manage patient information and scheduling effectively
• Familiarity with insurance authorizations and verifications
• Willingness to work in a hybrid environment (remote and in-center)
