Patient Service Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Associate Patient Service Specialist.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a high volume of incoming patient calls and screen inquiries for appropriate handling
• Document call details in electronic medical records and update patient information as needed
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist in resolving patient issues and operational difficulties

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED (or higher)
• 1+ years of customer service experience in a clinical setting
• 1+ years of Electronic Medical Record (EMR) experience
• Ability to work full-time (40 hours/week) with flexibility for shifts during normal business hours
• Must be 18 years of age or older
