Patient Service Specialist

Job Summary

To support a busy gastroenterology practice, the full-time Patient Service Specialist will manage patient scheduling and referrals while assisting with general administrative tasks, with the opportunity for a 4-day work week and one remote day after training.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure patient scheduling and referral needs are met efficiently
• Assist with general administrative and patient service needs of the practice
• Collaborate with the GI team to maintain a positive and supportive atmosphere

Required qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred
• At least six months of medical office experience required
• Experience with EPIC and Right Fax is preferred
• Proficient computer skills are necessary
