Job Summary

To support a dedicated gastroenterology team, the full-time Patient Service Specialist will manage patient scheduling and referrals while assisting with administrative tasks, with opportunities for a 4-day work week and remote work after training.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure patient scheduling and referral needs are met efficiently
• Assist with general administrative tasks within the practice
• Collaborate with team members to foster a positive and supportive atmosphere

Required qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred
• Six months of medical office experience required
• Proficiency in EPIC and Right Fax preferred
• Strong computer skills necessary
