Patient Service Specialist

Job Summary

Providing exceptional patient-first healthcare, the full-time Patient Service Specialist will assist with scheduling, pre-registration, and MyChart enrollment in a remote setting, working Monday through Friday from 8:00am to 5:00pm.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver a comprehensive and proactive experience for patients and visitors
• Investigate and resolve patient issues using the established HEART model
• Perform patient registration, appointment scheduling, and insurance verification activities

Required qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED with 2 years of relevant experience, or Associate's Degree with 1 year of experience, or Bachelor's Degree
• Working knowledge of PC window applications
• Ability to perform basic math for processing insurance co-pays
