Job Summary

A company is looking for a Patient Services Associate I.

Key Responsibilities

• Handles incoming and outgoing calls to remind patients of appointments and schedule medical scans
• Follows standardized processes to gather and provide information during calls
• Enters patient data into the computer system and transfers calls to appropriate personnel as needed

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent experience required
• 6 months to 1 year of medical or related training and/or experience required
• Computer literacy and experience with general office equipment required
• Ability to work well with physicians, patients, and coworkers
• The COVID-19 vaccination may be a condition of employment
