Patient Services Associate

Job Summary

To enhance patient scheduling efficiency, the full-time Patient Services Associate will manage incoming and outgoing calls to schedule Radiology appointments, ensuring high-quality customer service while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls to schedule Radiology appointments and contact patients and referring physicians
• Follow standardized scripts to gather and provide information during scheduling and pre-registration calls
• Enter patient data accurately into the computer system and escalate calls as necessary to supervisors

Required qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent experience required
• 6 months+ of medical or related training and/or experience
• Computer literacy and experience with general office equipment required
• Strong multi-tasking abilities and interpersonal skills
• Excellent customer service skills and ability to work well with physicians and patients
