Job Summary

Answering incoming calls to schedule Radiology appointments, the full-time Patient Services Associate will handle scheduling and pre-registration calls, ensuring high-quality customer service while entering patient information into the computer systems remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Schedule Radiology appointments by answering incoming calls and contacting patients and referring physician offices
• Follow standardized scripts to gather accurate patient data during scheduling and pre-registration calls
• Determine customer needs and escalate calls to supervisors or managers as necessary

Required qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent experience required
• 6 months+ of medical or related training and/or experience
• Computer literacy and experience with general office equipment required
• Strong multi-tasking abilities and excellent interpersonal skills
• Ability to work well with physicians, patients, and coworkers
