Patient Services Associate

Job Summary

Answering incoming calls to schedule Radiology appointments, the full-time Patient Services Associate will handle scheduling and pre-registration calls, ensuring high-quality customer service while entering information into computer systems remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Schedule Radiology appointments by taking incoming calls and contacting patients and referring physician offices
• Follow standardized scripts to gather and provide accurate information during scheduling and pre-registration calls
• Determine customer needs and escalate calls to supervisors as necessary while completing additional assigned duties

Required qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent experience required
• 6 months+ of medical or related training and/or experience
• Computer literacy and experience with general office equipment required
• Strong multi-tasking abilities and interpersonal skills
• Excellent customer service skills and ability to work well with physicians, patients, and coworkers
